  Ajanda Zulu, Chef Sakhumzi's restaurant  
  Ajanda is a chef at Sakhumzi's restaurant on Vilakazi Street in Soweto. The Tourism Enterprise Partnership (TEP) has helped Sakhumzi's with training, business development advice and marketing. TEP was established by the Business Trust in 2000. Over 11 years TEP has helped 9,000 small tourism businesses to create the equivalent of 6,000 jobs for people like Ajanda. TEP is a partnership between the Business Trust and Department of Tourism.
