The Business Trust's strategy is to develop and support partnerships, undertake programmes, support policy dialogue and enhance perceptions.
Resources from corporate and non-corporate funders will be directed into focused target driven programmes that support the underlying mission: to create jobs, build capacity and enhance trust.
From 2004 - 2011 the Business Trust will focus on enterprise development, in terms of Business Process Outsourcing and enterprise development. Programmes will be run to catalyse investment into depressed communities. The Business Trust will also support the government's Expanded Public Works Programme.
